✭I hope not, because that would take away the "rare" factor in these cosmetics, effectively making me not buy them. The day I see the mind-shriven skin return is the day i lose faith in ESO. Myself, I missed out on the frost horse because at the time I thought it wouldn't fit my character, which I regret btw, but I still don't want it to return for those who did get it then. That would be unfair and unjust to them.With cold regards,
