So I abandoned my last Cadwell's quest in an effort to decrease lag/load screens. It worked well, but know I don't how to start Cadwell's again if I were to choose to. So, how do you continue if you abandoned the last quest?

Go to the harborage and speak with Cadwell again? I would try that.1
