Just a Performance Question

Hi everyone! Recently I bought a new machine (Specs down there ) And I had performance Issues with some games.. I went through a full research about it, clicked on several mini-configurations.. and I still have these mini-input-lags going around when I play.. for example: Smite (with medium graphics)... Now, consider that my 6 years old machine runs Smite with Ultra Graphic config... I can even run Fallout 4 with a lot of graphics in my new machine, but still the problem is the same.. the input lag.. or something..

Now, I have 2 questions:

1)Will I have problems running ESO with my pc specs?
2)Is there any hero out there with a solution for all my life's problems??

Graphics Chipset: AMD Radeon (TM) R7 360 Series (2GB)
System Memory: 16 GB
CPU Type: AMD FX(tm)-6300 Six-Core Processor
Radeon Software Version - 16.7.3
Radeon Software Edition - Crimson
Memory type - GDDR5
Clock - 1060 MHz
Windows 7 (Service Pack 1) (64 bit)

You will have a lot of problems, since AMD CPU's do not have the best single core performance in the market. Your CPU will be bottlenecked running ESO in crowded areas or mass pvp. This means you should be prepared for a range of 10-25ish FPS in those places, and the only way you will get around or gain some FPS with that system is by overlocking your CPU.

Can confirm this, I'm an AMD user waiting for DX12 support on this poorly optimized game.

I would recommend overlcloking if you know what you are doing, otherwise just don't. You can fry your components if you mess up
