It'll still be dead. It users be like that. People get their Nirnhoned item then never bother again. Solo-able is the way to go. Keep the difficulty as it is though. Make it a challenge.
Most of the dungeons in Craglorn are easy doable solo, trust me (especially thos in lower craglorn). There´re a few you need other people to complete but just call out in zone-chat and you`ll most likely find someone to help you.

Craglorn is already a forgotten. dying piece of land in this game. Now it takes forever for players to group up and do things in Craglorn, and most things in Craglorn for us to do is strictly group based! It feels ridiculous and frustrating that group finder does not work for Craglorn which is basically a huge group dungeon!
I know there were changes made in group finder setups and it can no longer work for Craglorn as it could before, but why couldn't you guys implement the new dungeon group finder mechanics to the whole zone? How about put all players from all factions into the same Craglorn and let us group up across factions?? I hope dear @ZOS_GinaBruno could inform the devs about this and see this problem fixed ASAP, because the only "adventure zone" made so far has already a adventureless wasteland!

U do realize almost every quest and public dungeon in Craglorn are group based? You can not even go into those cave solo!

I think your comment is to be taken as sarcastic but there's also a part that's to be taken seriously.
All in all, there are more capable and competent players than not, so when placed in the right environment, people tend to work together well.
The thing is tho, why would you prevent the opportunity for success if it's possible.
If ZOS comes out and says, hey we kept trying but can't offer this....fine but until that's put out there, people will continue to ask.

One Tamriel will give a higher pool of players to group with as that it will have all factions in the same PvE zones. And Craglorn falls into the same category as most zones, when the content is no longer interesting, they stop coming. I only go there for the trials, which are getting buffed in the next patch (except SO which already got buffed).
And I've soloed most of the content there. There were one or two that I needed a friend or two to help with, but some of that would have been solved by improving the build I was using. U do realize almost every quest and public dungeon in Craglorn are group based? You can not even go into those cave solo!
You do realize that I've walked into every delve and trial in Craglorn solo? I didn't even have a group!

First of all you can go into any group-instance in the game by yourself. To be able to complete the "Craglorn-Story", yes you will need a few buddies to help you. I´m not talking the quest mainly (you do need 3-4 people to complete them yes, but the dungeon itself can be soloed)
