Broken Chats for some players

What it says, chat is broken for some players.
They cannot hear sounds in any chat and this has been debunked as a hardware issue because the headsets work on other games.

So, server maintenance and you break chat.
Update to fix Wrothgar, still get stranded if you go into the MAIN CITY of Orsinium "incorrectly".

Seriously ZOS? Seriously? When are you going to fix the problems?

Needs to be fixed. As a PVPer, not really any point in playing the game if I can't communicate with others. And I certainly won't pay for a game I can't play.

I also have this issue. I am using the same headset and configurations as always, but no sound from chat. I see the chat icons light up, including my own when I speak, I can hear myself in my headset, but no others.
Very difficult to play an mmo with no communication.
If this isn't fixed immediately, or at least acknowledged I'm cancelling eso+ and getting this month refunded, as I just paid a few days ago.
