ESO DLC

Hey guys I was wondering if you guys can rank the four available dlc's from shortest to longest like content and hours wise because I am thinking about buying two dlc packs and using ESO plus to finish the other two so I just wanted to get your guys' input. Thanks

I'm not sure about the rest but Wrothgar/Orsinium is the biggest.
Some players on console have issues with it so if your on console the other ones might be better just now.

But that dlc is a big questing area

    It's more than that.

IC has a PvP element and some aspects that are PvE require groups. It also has two defend 4 man PvE dungeons.

Orsinium probably has the most single player content and has a single player arena.

TG has single player content but the crowning piece is a12 man trial.

DB- meh. Just some single player quests. It's ok though. Decent story.

Next DLC has 2 4 man dungeons that are decent design.

So, if you only do single player then orsinium.

Wait why not just use ESO+ for them all? That makes more sense money wise

Also keep in mind that a DLC pack has been data mined (and there's an ESO gold version announced, which is Game + DLCs), so you may want to wait till that comes out and get yourself a deal.

No idea about storyline length, but based on enjoyability:
Orsinium > Imperial City (better if you like PvP) = Thieves Guild > Dark Brotherhood

Orsinium has Maelstrom Arena (solo), IC has WGT and ICP (4-man, included in pledge rotation) and TG has Maw of Lorkhaj (12-man). Depending on your playstyle, you might want permanent access to some or all of them.

    I would say IC>Orsinium>TG=DB.

But sign for the ESO+, moneywise is way better.

Not quite true, at least for Canadian players.

For Canadian players, a subscription cost $18 per month, that's $216 per year (all prices here are in Canadian dollars).

5,500 crown packs cost $50. During sales, they are $30 (40% off).

There are 4 DLCs per year, at a maximum price of 3,000 crowns each (for the basic edition). That means you need at most three 5,500 crown packs to purchase all the DLCs in a year.

During a sale, you get these three 5,500 crown packs for $90. That means you end up saving $216-$90 = $126 per year over the subscription.

I don't know if it's the same in US$ or in euros, but for Canadian players it's better to wait on crown pack sales.

Hm yeah it will work out that way but that's assuming you play every month. With eso plus if you stopped paying and playing one month in(change of work schedule or whatever) you aren't losing but if you're sure you'll be a dedicated player the whole time then I guess buying the dlc makes sense.

I haven't because I foresee battlefield 1 in the future haha
