Jerro✭✭✭They have fixed this set on pts with 2.4 and it Comes live with 2.4.5
Fixed an issue where the heal from this item set’s proc was being reduced by Battle Spirit; healing based on damage done will no longer be double-penalized by Battle Spirit.
but this set have a bug too with 2.4, this was per hotfix fixed. Now it cant double proc on same target.
Its like, the People think all its still Buggy, it is only strong, but you can easily Counter it with purge.

It's more EP and DC using it I've seen than AD. Between Braidas and Krotha that's more than enough.

I haven´t counted who are the users but if @Minalan defends AD I believe it.
I don't hate AD. It's just that there are so MANY of them that it's vexing. It's really anyone's fault that more human beings want to play in their faction. So they tend to congregate in one or two campaigns in HUGE groups. The faction is all elves and furries, and that tends to attract nerds and Tolkien geeks like us.
How bad is it? The entire last week they've been pop capped during most hours on Azuras. That means there are so many elves and kitties online that the GAME HAS TO STOP them. At best DC had about two bars.
Why is this bad? When one faction is pop capped or three barred while the other is at one or two tops, the pugs tend to cap and roll everything. Especially at night. Pugs don't have a conscience, and with numbers. It's campaign killing because people jump in the sewers or just guest campaign.
