Moving negate glitch?

So who has experience this glitch of the moving negates? Always seems to be the same people able to get their negates to move. Glitch or exploit?

When you have boundless storm/hurricane active while using your negate, it will move with you. That's the secret to it xD

I did. This is "normal", similar to the mage rune, where it sticks to your own character at times. It's annoying, but you can in fact escape it normally, it doesn't follow you. So it's simply a graphic glitch...hopefully, they fix it soon.

I don't think it's just a graphics glitch because the group I saw chased us up a tower and our magicka characters could not use any of their abilities.

Fixed an issue where the visual effects of certain Area of Effect attacks (ex: Negate Magic, Volley) would be placed on the caster instead of the area where they were cast.

This was fixed on the pts, was merely a visual bug.

When this was glitched, a negate that was cast outside of Bleakers followed me (a nightblade) when I went inside Bleakers. xD
