How long has it been since you played ESO?

I still play ESO. But a different aspect of it.

Used to love PvP, now its just stack cheese templar spam RD fest so I kinda lost interest.
Used to love PvE, now I arleady have my sets and stuff so no go there.

Now I Log in to do 30+ dailies and farm some mats/pots to sell. Buy/re-sell at guild traders. Playing ESO:auction house tycoon now. I must say, I do enjoy this since its a part of the game I havent really explored. Made about 2.5 mil over the past 2 weeks. I wanna see how high I can go before ZOS releases something worthwhile like orsinium for me to get into.

I was hoping this poll would serve a secondary purpose of getting an idea of how many people still have an interest in the game but are not active in it and could still be coaxed back into playing it.

The forum community may only be a percentage of those that play it, but it cold also be a snapshot of those who have interest as well.

The one option I wished I had included would be "Haven't played it yet"

You don't get an account without the game, so really there is no need

Unless they've changed it, anyone can get a forum account, they had always been two separate accounts.

They are seperate but you can't just sign up. You get an invite upon creating the game. So you do need the game (or possibly made an account during a free trial) to get in here. That's why any AMA's have been on Reddit, so people who haven't had their forum account created, or don't own the game, can chime in. Anyone can read the forums, but you need an ESO account to get permission to make a forum account and post.

I wouldn't have known that I guess because I've always been here, well at least for the launch version of the game. That and I never really asked.

I'm having a bit of a motivation problem logging in but did log in today to keep active within my guilds and put stuff up on the market.

Right Fallout 4 is making demands on my time, plus summer being here and all. Just got back from a two week vacation so I haven't been in a huge gaming frame of mind.

I wouldn't have known that I guess because I've always been here, well at least for the launch version of the game. That and I never really asked.

I am not even certain that the invite is automatic anymore - I had to ask for it, but I came to the game via a free-trial weekend and upgraded directly during the trial time.

I left at thieves guild. I was completely disheartened to see that they intended to not add any actives for the two most important guilds across the board in the Elder scrolls franchise and give passives that are only good for the zone . And two that could have increased viability of stamina roles and given them flavor and fun. Aslo the lack of paying any attention to the second M in the design of the game Multiplayer aspect specificaly grouping and the whole group aspect of the game is near broken. All the content is designed around DPS it lacks any team or role co operation. The group finder is ridiiculous and the four man Dungeon content of the game has been completely abondoned. Trials are a zerg fest and a about DPS epeen not about team work or participant diversity. End game leaves very little meat on the table.

IDK, i think i quit a bit after they announced their first expansion would be paid DLC...
Now i might wanna get back into it.... And My Mac says the patch MIGHT be a virus since its from an 'unknown developer'
