Ebon set bug (not shield)!!

I heard shield was bugged so I build the set with a sword in one side and a 2 handed in the other, the shield is from the footman.
On me it worked perfectly but on my teammates when I change to sword and shield the effect goes away, when I switch to two handed it works on my teammates even though I have complete set in both of them.
Please fix this I paid a lot of gold to get the pieces of this set and I don't want to just throw it away and start over even the other set was built around it
