Don't worry OP, your effort is not in vain! They now know there is an issue preventing obtaining this achievement and can fix it as soon as they are able! Upon doing so if you have not run it again and gotten it you will no doubt acquire it. Unfortunately, no telling when this gets fixed...

On the other hand those doing it for the title may not run it at all now lol

Well you could try on console its 100% impossible to get because there is 100% crashing chance between stage 6-7. Yaaayyy

If you crash on stage 5 you won't crash going through the portal to round 7. Probably why they can't fix because it not an issue with stage 7 loading and that's what they are looking for

Oh and OP they are feeding you BS say they don't have the ability to give you the title, I had someone from support come I game and personally use commands on my character to lvl up my Soul Magic skill line from 1 to 6 so if they can do that they can do titles they just can't be bothered to give you what you deserve

That's a pretty farfetched story there to be honest. You would've had to have your entire main questline bugged for that to happen, and I for one have never heard of a case like that. Furthermore I've never heard of a dev going in-game at any time for any reason.

Was a character I grinded and didn't talk to the old guy when I left the tutorial to get the skill point and urn. Then later did the quests and didn't realise I still hadn't talked to him. I don't recommend doing it but feel free to try it out

So it was a bug with The Wailing Prison then? That's pretty weird considering you can just skip it entirely with any and every alt...

I grind my toons to lvl7 in the prison the respawns are quick. How do you post pics on here? I have screen shots of the conversation with the guy that came in game to help me out. It might help give them a push to get their act into gear and help the OP out

Yeah pretty much, it takes about a week of replying to the auto responses before you get through
