New Flawless Conquerer title literally impossible on Xbox One currently

I completed VMsa flawlessly on my stamblade about a week ago and received no title due to one simple issue: The game always crashes going between arenas 6 & 7. You don't have to give me the title even though I did everything I was supposed to, however, you do have to fix this game breaking glitch. My question to game developers: When are you going to fix this?
