NPCs and other's health [ps4]

I know that PC players have the choice of having add-ons that show the opponents or npcs' health. Now, I know PS4 doesn't have such luxuries and this might be a dumb question, but I was wondering if there was a way of knowing an npc's health? Maybe there's a database or a way to roughly estimate it? I ask because when I kill npcs to steal again, I need to do the kill in one shot so I don't get a bounty. I usually go for wrecking blow which right now is still at level 1, damaging 1453.If there is a way of ensuring the npc's death through an attack, which is it? I'm nightblade high elf in AD, lvl 20.
