Should non vamps be blind at night in cyrodiil

Should people who havent joined the glorious vampire master race be blind at night? as a normal scrub everyone can see just as good as they can during the day, but this is breaking my immersion in cyrodiil so should non vamps in cyrodiil be as blind as a bat and should vampires be granted super night vision?

even if i like the idea, how deadly and horrible would the night in Cyro become with this, but then vampires should get a massive debuff during sunlight, the are going to burn very fast!!

I think vamps should get a major buff at night and a major debuff during the day like a permanent 2k dot outside and 10% perm slow and at night maybe completely reverse the affects, but the day and night cycle would have to be even and smaller like 2-3 hours each however if a vamp drinks the reasonably priced 1k crown blood elixer from the crown shop everyday no negative affects will happen
