Decent 160 Armor for PvE NB

I'm trying to collect enough materials to have a set of armor made (whose bright idea was it to require 150 mats per piece?!), but in the meantime, I'm need something to run around in. I'm at CP259 atm, still doing the PvE content solo.

Can anyone recommend a couple of sets that won't break the bank? I was thinking of Viper 5 / Sithis 4 with Darkstride jewelry for lots of Stanima and Crit, or Skirmisher 5 / Sithis 4 since it's cheap.

Any recommendations would be appreciated!

Sithis is a bad set. Flanking is way better and not very expensive. Marksman is more expensive but is good too

Leki is another good idea. In PvP drops easily

Viper and skirmirsher are quite expensive

I forgot to mention... I'm dual wield melee NB, if that makes a difference.

What would you recommend for 5 vs 4 set bonus? With dual daggers, I can have 5 piece... maybe Viper if I can get it... and then Flanking for the 4?

Honestly, I haven't seen much flanking so it's hard to know how it compare price wise.

Why not a 5 5 build. You can get weapons with both of those sets. Then it's just one random piece. I run 5 viper with 5 night mother and dual maelstrom weapons.

That's a good idea. My only issue is, I'm still trying to level up heavy and light armors and I can't find any of those sets with a piece of heavy or light.

If this is just a get by set go with hundings rage and night mothers gaze at cp 150 only cost 13 to 15 mats per to make and easy to get crafted and this allows you to get one in heavy and one light.
If all you use is d/w then you would also be able to have both sets five piece bouns on different bars

What do you mean, both five piece bonuses on different bars?

4 HR armor, 3 NM armor and HR/NM weapon on one bar and NM/NM weapons on second bar. While on bar 1 you have the HR bonus (I use this for AOE) and on bar 2 the NM (single target attacks, boss fights)

Oh, I see... and this would be better than going 5 / 5 with a dropped set?

It would be cheaper to put together and can be very effective with the right traits and glyphs added plus check the traders for a good jelwery set agility healthy can be bought for around 30k if you put in the time to look (2rings one neck)
