Alliance Passive Skill

The idea is to have simple/single passive skill buff per alliance, i have not proposed any passive this may need to be explored. Players are welcome to suggest.
Passive may or not damage related. May be passive only works in Player Alliance Zone or buff is reduced in other zones.
Race should not be only reason to choose alliance.

Damage buff is good to have, the pasive buff can be for non damage but damage in ESO is now getting pretty much limited to new armor sets @ CP 160.Edited by Lord_Eomer on July 23, 2016 4:28AM0 -
Eirikir✭✭✭✭Other (Explained)What I miss in this game is the lack of utility Passives which I would think PVP would be a good place to earn them.
That said if you make them exclusive to a faction it will be a mess. Besides this "One Tamrial" thing seems to suggest ZoE is moving us away from faction exclusive stuff.Server: PS4-NA
