[Bug Report] Cyrodiil Water Trap

So my friend stepped into some water and became stuck. He couldn't do anything at all. After awhile though he became able to draw his weapon and use abilities but still could not move. When I approached him I got stuck too. Here are pics of the spot:
An EP came along and killed us after a few minutes and this is the result:
This was a puddle near Castle Bloodmayne in Haderus PS4 NA. Everyone avoid stepping in this puddle until it gets fixed!

Happens multiple places. One of them is around the DC-scroll keep with all the melted, brown-nasty water. And it happens @ Bloodmayne. All I know

KrishakPanettier✭✭✭As of July 2017, bug still in game. And, since recent update you cannot use Get Me Unstuck because it has a one (1) hour timer on it. Get Me Unstuck even in Cyrodiil should allow us to get unstuck in true game breaking errors. This one (1) hour timer after dropping into the quicksand | water trap gives us only 1 option, to log out of game and let it reset us outside of Cyrodiil or wait the hour.
Speaking of that, we should not have a timer to use the Port Anywhere without wayshrine or for a large fee just because we recently jumped to our house or jumped to a friend. This is new.Krishak Kringle aka KrishakPanettier, Templar (PSN:KrishakPanettier)
