Time to take an extended break.

Not feeding anymore of my money to this game . There are so many bugs, lag and all-round performance issues that make the game horrendous. It could be a fantastic game but the community is continually ignored unless it's something to do with the crown store. The lack of communication from staff is dreadful and the game smacks of desperate attempts at a fast cash grab before the whole thing collapses.

So I'm taking a short break (maybe a long one). I'm looking forward to continuing playing the Witcher 3 and its expansions (now THAT is a seriously incredible game even if it is single-player). I really hope this game gives me an excuse to return.

a certain free mmo just launched on ps4 and for now it looks like it all works. yes it maybe P2W but then so is ESO subscription, craft bags, instant access to new areas/armour sets, crowns to buy the latest stuff, people paying other users to do maelstrom runs etc etc.

it just adds to the sheer comedy value of this game.

Edit: because GW2's PVP is on E-sport level, not like this crap.

I hear you.. yeah, take a good break if that's what you need and come back fresh. Hopefully, things may be better when you return or there will be a new DLC by then which will not cause similar issues (wishful thinking here). Yeah, I'm looking forward to dive into Blood and Wine myself. There is also DX: Mankind Divided coming out next month (not intentionally advertising for the game). Oh yeah!
