So, I thought that all max level crafting writs were supposed to be delivered to Orsinium? But for some reason my Enchanting and Alchemy gets send elsewhere.. My character that I use for it is lvl 20, and yes I have the dlc  Can someone shed some light on this?

If you're on console, check to see if your eso+ account is active. Sometimes it glitches and doesn't "see" that you're an active eso+ member and detours you to "belkarth" for the max level writs.

I'm on xbox and it happened to me once. I logged out and hard reset the xbox and upon logging back in, it had "re"-recognized my eso+ account. Although I had already turned in the writs in belkarth :disappointed:

Anywho... worth a shot if you think this could be your issue.

Might be obvious but what exactly were the items you had to craft?

Is the skill in enchanting at 10/10?

Can you get to Orsinium? I.e. is ESO + working? Or have you bought the DLC?

Where is It trying to send you? What items did you have to make?

If you don't have ESO plus or the DLC it will try to send you to Craglorn for top tier. If you have got that far, if you haven't it can go a bit nuts as there's certain sequences to run thru re main quest / Coldharbour / Craglon etc.

In order to get a writ, you must be able to do and turn in all writs before that writ.

So in order to get the writ that is dropped off at Orsinium, you must also be able to complete and turn in the writ below which is Craglorn. So you need to be at least 50.

To get the writ for Craglorn, you must be able to complete and turn in the writ below which is in Coldharbour. So you need to have visited Coldharbour to have the wayshrine.

If not 50, because of the requirements you can only turn in at Coldharbour. But you can only get this quest if you visit there at least once first. If not you will be directed to the writ which turns in at your factions 5th zone... The Rift, Reapers March, Bangkorai.

I know this because I expected my level 6 max Provisioners to turn in at Orsinium, and found out they could only get as far as Coldharbour.

-editing to add- You don't actually have to do the other writs before, you just need to be able to do them.

    -editing to also add-

Yes, but you also need to have visited Coldharbour, to have the wayshrine there.

Could he use the teleport to friend option to claim the wayshrines? Or will he be prevented from using the Craglorn wayshrine until 50?

Prevented till 50... At least until Tamriel One, or One Tamriel is out, not sure how they will handle it then.

    This was making sense until I realized I have a similar problem;

Enchanting 7/10, Writ sends me to Craglorn.

Alchemy 7/8, sends me to Craglorn.

Provisioning, 5/6, sends me to Malabal Tor (just like it did at 4/6, and with level 4 food and drink--Not 5 like it should be).

My chr is 50, and has NEVER been to Coldharbour (and doesn't have the wayshrine lit up)--yes, this is an ALT that has not finished the MQ.

I had hoped to have all writs turned in at Craglorn drop, but obviously something is amiss.

Can you solve that one @Runs ? :)

Provisioning needs 6/6 to go to Craglorn. There was never an extra skill level given when Orsinium released like there where on other skills.

If you go get that wayshrine, I bet the 5/6 will have you do provisioning writs for Coldharbour. Odd about the others not needing it, I could have sworn I needed it but it has been 9 or so months.

Enchanting 10/10 is sending my non-vet characters to the highest "original zone" location.

Been this way for a while now.

    I'm ESO+
Tenesi Faryon of Telvanni - Dunmer Sorceress who deliberately sought sacrifice into Cold Harbor to rescue her beloved.
Hisa Ni Caemaire - Altmer Sorceress, member of the Order Draconis and Adept of the House of Dibella.
Broken Branch Toothmaul - goblin (for my goblin characters, I use either orsimer or bosmer templates) Templar, member of the Order Draconis and persistently unskilled pickpocket
Mol gro Durga - Orsimer Socerer/Battlemage who died the first time when the Nibenay Valley chapterhouse of the Order Draconis was destroyed, then went back to Cold Harbor to rescue his second/partner who was still captive. He overestimated his resistance to the hopelessness of Oblivion, about to give up, and looked up to see the golden glow of atherius surrounding a beautiful young woman who extended her hand to him and said "I can help you". He carried Fianna Kingsley out of Cold Harbor on his shoulder. He carried Alvard Stower under one arm. He also irritated the Prophet who had intended the portal for only Mol and Lyris.
    ***
Order Draconis - well c'mon there has to be some explanation for all those dragon tattoos.
House of Dibella - If you have ever seen or read "Memoirs of a Geisha" that's just the beginning...
Nibenay Valley Chapterhouse - Where now stands only desolate ground and a dolmen there once was a thriving community supporting one of the major chapterhouses of the Order Draconis

False, I have increased alchemy by 2 points at first time for EP character, and I also skipped second delivery zone completely.

Look here for Enchanting and look here for Alchemy . These two pages will tell you what level you need to be, what you need to make at that level and where the drop off is.

It sounds like you just need to apply skill points to Solvent Proficiency for Alchemy and Aspect Improvement for Enchanting.

Just wanted to add that I just logged in and a guildmate is getting lower level writs with a character that is maxed on on crafting skill points. This may be a bug.

NM, his subscription lapsed and he was forced to do lower level writs in craglorn.
