Why can't I find any Ebon set Shields??

Is it really that rare?? I went all over the guild stores there is only found one for 750k so no way in hell. That's the Only piece missing for my build and I really want one, any trait at that point.

Can someone explain to me whats going on?? has it stopped dropping?

And if someone EU PC has one still unbound can I please buy it from you?

Don't use the shield. Bar swapping breaks the 5 piece bonus on your teammates and causes everyone to have to be healed for 1000 hp every time you swap bars.

My other Bar has Ebon too so it doesn't break the health. Still if its really not that effective on shield why is it so rare? I literally went all over tamriel guild stores

the shield is bugged so it does break the health, that is why you see none for sale until the bug is fixed the shield is useless. We have been waiting over a year on the fix as well with no luck.

OH crap I just bought full set and built other set depending on it and enchanted everything, now Im screwed

Ain't that how it goes? Well, just do some dailies, re-theorycraft your build, and in a few days you should be able to rework it all.
