No social functions (bug)

Hey all,

This is the second time I have this issue.

I am not able to communicate ingame. No zone chat, no group chat, no guild chat, no whisper. The thing is, people cannot see what I write. But I can see people writing.
I cannot trade with people, I cannot use Guild Stores (Only option I see is "Good Bye").

So basically, I can't play like this.

I found on the forums that special characters is causing this. My character name is: Kyitáru. ---> á . It's a special character.
I even made a Ticket yesterday but no one answers.

Is it possible to change my name to "Kyitaru" instead of "Kyitáru"? So basically the same name without the special character.

I've tried with "Ekstrak" but it's the same. Cannot use social functions.

Social ban? Out of curiosity, are you an avid collector of materials and spend a lot of time in the game farming as efficiently as possible?

I do farm for mats to craft My own gear and get Dreugh Wax to make it Legendary, yes. I mean, that is legal isn't it? Is it illegal too??

Farming, I mean why should I get banned? I am just playing the game how it should be. Just farming for mats and materials to make gear and refine mats to get Dreugh Wax. If that is illegal too.. I have no comments.

No, not illegal to farm materials for crafting, as long as you follow the ToS.

But I farm mats just as normal. I'm going on my own and farm all day and make my gear. I have no idea whether it's a bug or ban.

Can I be Unbanned please? If I'm banned. For farming... And can someone give me a reason why I'm banned? I mean I'm not the only one who's farming for mats. I don't know what I do wrong.

I can't find anything related to Farming or Grinding or Mats in the ToS..

It's working now. I don't know why and even don't know why it didn't work. But it's okay now. Even I did'nt got any answer from support. I suppose it's all automated.
