Fasala used to proc on shields when I tested it on PTS. I have no info on Durok.Because I can!2 -

I tested in PTS whether Fasalla procs when you have a Damage Shield
(not being a Damage Shield type, I did it with the Damage shield of Shielded Assault of the S&B line)
And enemy damage while the Damage Shield was up did proc Fasalla
EDIT
and from PVP experience I got the impression that High Health Blazing Shield Templars with Fasalla were effective in debuffing the enemies swarming around them

In that case, it seems that Desert Rose should be extremely powerful on a Magicka DK or Blazing shield Templar for recovering Magicka
up to 2400 a second!
Each DoT tick counts as a hit. If enemies stack a bunch of DoTs on you, it'll proc nearly every second.Edited by Vaoh on July 21, 2016 5:12PM0 -

My Magicka Sorc almost adopted this set... -_- almost...0
