Scaling Off Damage/Max Stat Help!

I'm aware that skills have their damage increased based on your Spell Damage/Max Magicka or Weapon Damage/Max Stamina. CPs, buffs, etc.... all play a role too of course.

What I need to know is simple.

Which skills scale more off of Spell/Weapon damage, and which skills scale more off of Max Magicka/Stamina?

Is there a page somewhere where I can view this? It would help me a lot with building a certain character of mine.

(If there is no easy page for it, I will literally list every skill +morphs in the game in a list here for someone to fill out with how much they all scale toward each damage and max stat)

It is a couple of patches old, so some things (particularly costs) may be a little off, but it should serve your purpose. The 'Main Stat' vs 'Power' values are the numbers you're after - they correspond to the 'a' and 'b' in the equation on the 'Introduction' page.
