So since ESO support sucks beyond anything? I'll ask , but rather regret asking here on these forms "sigh" so this is the question I sent to support and of course I got the typical cut,copy and paste answer. Plus for fun I posted some really nasty duragatory comments on their Twitter page:P And this post will result in me getting in trouble via the forums. But then again, I really don't care:)

I guess , I have to S P E L L it out.

and I hate! Spelling "thing's" out, because of the "cut,copy and paste
answer I will receive in return from you guys:(
But none the less, here it is.

I have been an ESO plus recurring member, for at least a couple
months. And with Neverwinter launching on the PS4 this week, I might
be dropping my ESO plus membership?

The "issue" is when I do, I start losing items like say I don't know
"mounts" they just disappear from my characters. And on top of that,
you never seem to have any record of me purchasing them EVER! And I
have asked this question "three" times now. I recently purchased the
Highland Wolf Mount, do you have record of me buying it in the crown
store? In case it too disappears from the game? I still have very
strong recollection , of me purchasing the Senche Lioness and the
House Cat from the crown store. But of course you have no record of
it!?

So again do you have record of me purchasing the Highland Wold Mount ,
from the crown store? Yes? or No? it's simple! as that. "sigh" I
don't know how many times , I have to ask you that flippin question
before you , will straight up answer it?! I send these inquires
through the game, and still don't answer the question, that I asked!!
You always respond with answer that has absolutely , nothing to
remotely do with the question I even asked?

That's why I absolutely "hate" to S PE L L it out for people. It
frustrates me and it angers me, to no end.

Or maybe, you don't have the capability to answer it? Maybe you guy's
lack the intelligence, I don't what the "issue" is? But I am starting
to get , agitated big time.

    You contacted Bethesda support. ESO is the least of Bethesda's concerns. You need to contact Zenmiax via the ESO Support page, as the auto response stated. Look at the very bottom of this exact page we are on here on the thread.

    Zenimax owns ESO. Bethesda is just the publisher and publishers don't handle account activity, especially not purchase history. So, instead of getting angry at anyone but yourself for going to the wrong people, head over to https://help.elderscrollsonline.com/ and file a support ticket in the right place.

    I love how so many people get pissed at Bethesda for various reasons regarding the game because they still don't realize that Bethesda didn't make the game in the first place...

    With most of the game industry, support comes from the publisher. Bethesda Softworks (Not to be confused with Bethesda Game Studios) is the publisher.

    In ESO's case it's a bit different than most of the game industry since ZOS has a customer support team. Most game development companies do not have support teams, which is one of the reasons they rely on a publisher.

    So it's easy to understand why someone might get that confused.
