Is rapid strikes/bloodthirst a DoT?

Brightxdawn✭✭✭Just wondering because some abilities will say etc etc damage over 10 seconds. And rapid/bloodthirst doesn't say "damage over etc". So just wondering if it really is a DoT.0 -

✭✭✭✭✭It is a DOT, but it does not always count as a DOT for abilities that require a DOT to function.
For example, using flurry with maelstrom daggers grants extra damage on the next single target DOT used within 4 seconds, but it does not buff itself (so using flurry twice will not boost the second one).0 -
