switch bars but weapons graphics do not switch

Happens often in dungeons. I am using duel wield on one bar and a staff on the other. When I switch from one bar to another the weapons appear to stay the same. For instance if I am on my duel wield bar and switch to the staff I still see the duel swords. I can use all the skills just as I should with the staff skill line but I have swords in my hands. I've tried changing which bar is the front bar and back bar. I have tried different weapons. doesn't seem to help. Once it happens I have to unequip the weapons then equip them again and I am good to go until next big fight. This little problem makes it really difficult to tell what bar I am on so I am constantly screwing up my rotation and if I happen to be healing sometimes I get off that bar not knowing it and people die. Not fun when that happens and really slows things down when after every fight I have to reequip my weapons. Anybody have something I can try to fix this problem? I started a ticket in game but got an automated response that explained to me how to get a character unstuck. Unfortunately I reacted badly to that when I got another message from them asking if the issue was resolved to my satisfaction. I did manage to refrain from any profanity but...
I guess I should try again, but in the meantime any ideas would be appreciated.
