I cant access any guild vendors not even my own guild

It started last night i cant access anything when i talk to a vendor i only get the goodbye option.
When i try logging into support i get authentication errors saying that my userid / password are incorrect.
I know i'm using the right credentials even reset my password just to be sure
Any insight is appreciated

    Check your email, they may have "silenced" your account.

    Can you still send mail in-game? If not ...

    It's a "anti cheat" measure that has been hitting quite a lot of people lately ...

    Using "bot" programs to automatically run characters in circles and get gold/items from kills is a common cheating mechanism. People pay real money outside the game, then the cheater emails the earned gold to the person who paid cash outside the game. That is why they silence the character. To prevent them from, essentially, "delivering the goods".

    Just place a ticket and explain your situation. And try to avoid being too mechanical and repetitive when grinding.

    It is unfortunate that legitimate players get caught in this sometimes. But if they relaxed the detection standards, the "bots" would quickly find a way to exploit that and it would be like when the game first came out. Trains of computer-controlled characters zipping around every grind spot, crowding out real players.

    I wish there was some kind of warning maybe? You're killing things too efficiently please stop or we will ban you?

    I do understand the need for the silencing though those bots and gold spammers were a menace.

    Now i'm scared to grind skill lines and CP because i have a lot of catching up to do in that area.
