Missing Blade of Woe Animations?

When watching youtube videos of the Dark Brotherhood DLC, I've noticed 5 or 6 blade of woe animations that I've never seen in my game. As an example the one where the legs are pulled so the victim falls face down and then gets stabbed on the floor. I've never seen this on PS4.
Are these animations tied to the skill level you are at in the DB? I'm only level 6 DB, must have done 100 or so blade of woe kills, but only seen 2 or 3 animations at most.
Is this a PS4 issue?
