It scales off Max Magicka and Spell Damage.

This is not really a viable execute at all for a Stamina Sorc.

Magicka, just use executioner if your 2h. I would like to see a stam morph though

yes its magicka scaled, but u want to use it even as stam sorc, not for the initial damage but the procc of the skill

What proc? If you are referring to the second Execute explosion - which is the reason it is used in the first place by mag sorcs - or are you referring to the "Implosion" passive, giving that general execute chance?

In any case; Mages Fury is hardly worth it for a Mag Sorc. It is only good for stacking burst, with Curse and Frags. For a Stam Sorc? There are a gazillion better options out there.
