Cannot log on to one of my characters. Error code 303 (6:3:1470:1)

I'm able to log in to other characters just fine, but for some reason haven't been able to log in to this character since yesterday.
I think it has something to do with having logged out in a funky spot in Cyrodiil or something. The game is trying to kick me to Coldharbour as the Cyrodiil campaign is full, but for some reason it can't load the character properly.
I'm in the Coldharbour loading screen for a while, then it kicks me back to log on screen with error message "Error 303" and then some kind of code that looks like coordinates "(6:3:1470:1)".
Anyone know how to fix this? Tried exiting and restarting, even rebooting PC. Maybe some kind of cache needs to be deleted, or should I uninstall and download the game again?

✭I had 303 Error on PS4. The solution turned out to be deleting the online save file of the game. I don't think that will be any help, because you're on PC. I did, however, come across a few sources that suggested using a "repair" future, something we console players didn't have the luxury of doing. =D
I wasn't able to figure out how to submit a support ticket without logging in (which the 303 error didn't allow). If that option is available, it's the best option.0 -

✭✭The issue seems to be related to two add ons:
1. HarvestMap: http://www.esoui.com/downloads/info57-3.0.7.html
2. Master Merchant http://www.esoui.com/downloads/info928-MasterMerchant.html
Disabling the first one made it possible to log in to some characters again, but not all of them. After disabling Master Merchant, I was finally able to log in to this character.
My master merchant has a lot of data from about 10 different trading guilds since I first started using it a long time ago (well over 200,000 transactions stored). Probably need to trim this data down somehow0 -
