Random lag peaks from Chile :(

This happened to me before. Usually i have an stable ping, but since 2 weeks ago ive been having very often lag peaks from Chile, Santiago. It isnt in prime time, actually it can be very late or very early. It is very annoying because i cant play trials, veteran dungeons or vMA.

I have the exact same issue with the game also for about 2+ weeks, and I'm from Poland, which is a neighbour country to Germany, where EU server is located. Before my ping would almost never go over 67 ms outside of Cyro. Now i get constant lag spikes from 67 to 300 and even 999+ once every few minutes. A called my ISP, checked other games, ESO on other computers - still the exact same problem.
Support claims it's client sided issue even thou more and more reports of this are popping up daily.

Same thing here. Used to have bad ping all the time. Changed provider to a better one and got stable ping of 100 ms. now always getting ping spikes from 100 to 999+, bad lags in trials and dungeons. This is always happening after updates and patches but hey we have new stuff on crown store! -_-"
