Almost 2 weeks and no response from customer support

I created a support ticket 10 days ago... Have replied to it many times to try to get their attention. All I have gotten was someone will try to duplicate the problem. But the problem has already been detected by ESO and it stated to contact them via customer support if anyone encounters it. (i.e. Missing items from crafting bags) Can someone from ZOS please find out what is up with my ticket. 160707-002903 Thanks
