Why no new makeup or adornment options with upcoming Style Parlor?

After checking it out on PTS (and being really disappointed in the new hairstyles overall) I have to wonder why there are no new makeup or warpaint options as part of the debut. The makeup in this game is pretty bad and I was so looking forward to finally getting some decent eye and lip color combinations. But not a one is coming out. Ditto no new jewelry/adornments save one which looks horrible. I'm trying to figure out how we're supposed to be excited about this new feature that costs real money when it's lacking so many basics on its launch.

In my opinion, the eyes, lips and face need to be pulled out

Think of these as seperate customizations post creation like a costume, hat or the new emotes. The opportunity exists but because ZOS is looking to monetize everything, there's too much for them to decide on. I'd really like them to offer exclusive in game good options rather than crown stuff

Oh so would I. Sadly, we know that this is very unlikely. Now that they have gone B2P they will charge separately for every little thing and we'll have to decide what's worth it to us.
