Looking for guild

Hello I am a member of the daggerfall covenant and I am looking for a PvE focused guild.

What I am looking for in this guild, is a guild that focuses more on having fun then min/maxing in trials.
A guild that is very active in there voice chat and guild chat (even though I'm a huge introvert and hardly speak)
