Howdy;
I saw this on a you tube video walk through for a quest. All the red, blue and green bars showed beginning numbers (including target health) that reduced as attributes/damage actions were used in a 1000/450 format.
I was unable to find a toggle on the PC to activate this.
Please enlighten me

I think there is an option under nameplates that can get numbers... not sure.Another day, another deathtrap.
