What abilities are considered "Charge" abilities?

I've been farming the dungeons in Imperial City- and I noticed that the "Tormentor" Set gives you a taunt and applies a buff to both resistances AFTER you use a charge ability on an enemy. These are the only charge abilities that I know of:
Critical Charge
Shield Charge
Focused Charge

...but are these class abilities considered a charge?
Firey Grip
Teleport Strike
Bolt Escape

...and since the ability pulls an enemy toward you:
Silver Leash

Those are not charge abilities because they are more classified as pulls and blinks.

So, there's only three charges in the whole game?

And you'd think that if WW leap was a charge, then, technically Dragon Leap would be a charge.

    Here's how I'd classify a charge.

It requires terrain for you to lead you towards your target.

Suppose you're on Roof A and your enemy is on Roof B. You can't use your charge abilities because there is no way to path your character towards the target. (2 roofs, 1 giant gap/space in the middle)

    However, you can:
    • Teleport Strike
    • Bolt Escape
    • WW Pounce
    • Dragon Leap
    • Chain Pull
    • Silver Leash Pull

I wonder.. if this is what a teleport strike is? I was running a few dolmen with someone seems to look like a NB. Every time as we were about to engage the final boss/group (after pressing all the 4 pinions), he or she goes away up onto the ledge or in a distance and next thing I know there's a big blast from him or her. That attack was cool and literally almost took out the final group in an instance. That was a big and fast leap or something from that distance.. or is this something maybe consider to be a gap closer? I'm thinking I hate to run into this one in PvP..

    @Kammakazi

Technically speaking, though, the Templar's Toppling Charge leaps through the air... it doesn't need ground in between to attack an enemy, right? But it's a "charge"?
