If I purchase these, at an outrageous 5000 crown per Motif, are they account or character bound? At 5000, they should be account bound, but I'm going to guess they're only character bound. Am I wrong?

✭✭✭✭✭Do NOT buy these motifs. They are common to people playing in the Imperial City.
Open chests in the Arena and the portals around it. Open random chests in the sewers and from scattered portals to close. Those four portals around Molag Bal in Barathrum Centrata all have good drop rates on motifs. Easy to get. In one day of playing there (3-4 hours roaming around hunting players/some PvE) I gather at least 10 random pages. Giving them away to friends because there's so many!
