Im in the military. I paid for a month of eso+ and im going to training tomorrow for 2 weeks. is there anyway i can freeze my account?

    I would submit a ticket with the request. Not that I'm aware of, but many companies honor special requests for military customers.

    Turn off your autopay. You won't get back what you've already spent, but you won't be charged for the next month either.

    You can always turn it back on if you want within 30 days, but you'll need to repurchase when you want it again.

    Me, I've just left it on even after months of not playing. I have over 20K in crowns in the store and have no idea what to spend it on since I don't like pets, weird mounts or costumes. Maybe I'll just buy a nice horse (although I already have 2 of them).

    I don't think there is, I have never seen the option. Although I have never looked for it

    But, if it's there, it might be found in the Account section here on the boards. Use your game account name and password for access

    To Beth? You'll also need to do something about your platform provider as well. PSN & MSN will continue to charge you regardless of a hold status with Beth.

    If you can tell me which platform, I can get you the ticket submittal locations you need.

    Yes. But watch your platform as well. PSN & MSN will continue to charge regardless of your status with Beth if you have auto-pay on (I learned that the hard way) so be sure to turn that off before you're deployed.

    For PSN, in case you want to request a prorate refund of the charge go to https://support.us.playstation.com/ and make the request under your "Your Account" section. Again, be sure to turn off your autopay (if you have any) and remove your payment method before you deploy just to be on the safe side (you can always re-add it when you return).

    @Nestor is absolutely right about Beth on this forum though, although you can also go to http://help.bethesda.net/ for a more direct approach.
