[Hard Decision] Aether VS. Willpower & Agility VS. Serpent

Which is a better 3-piece set bonus for content across the board, and why? Willpower or Infallible Aether? Agility or Vicious Serpent?

Willpower + Agility due to the fact that the 5% damage amplification from Minor Slayer only works on Named boss enemies, and nothing else. That means the 3 piece instantly loses efficiency the second a boss fight has adds, which is over 90% of the game's content.

So by that logic, would you say it'd be better to run on a Sorcerer: Willpower/Agilty for jewelry, Aether/Elegance/ for body pieces, and then head and shoulders as a monster set? For optimal performance across the board, that is. And in places like VMA.

Infallible Mage is a nice boost to Spell Critical but has no boost to Magicka like Willpower.
Infallible Mage offers Spell Damage but not as much Willpower does, but the difference is not that big.
Infallible Mage supports Heavy Attacking drastically by boosting its damage and making it inflict Minor Vulnerability, which is great for DPS from you and allies while applied.

Vicious Serpent and Agility are the same except for the fact Vicious Serpent doesn't support Heavy Attacking like that and instead reduces Stamina Cost of abilities and restores Stamina + grants Major Expedition when an enemy dies to you.


Overall Infallible Mage and Vicious Serpent have more to offer, but need more pieces. If you Dual Wield those sets (if possible) and don't run Maelstrom or Master Weapons then this set is doable without needing Armor pieces for them and you can run Monster set and another 5-piece set.
