Posted a ticket to technical support 4 days ago, with the issue of my home country on my account being set to sweden, where I lived 2 years ago.
Since then I have moved to the US, and now when I try to make a payment on the site for a subscription, it wont accept my card since its an american Visa.
Not sure if Technical support is just incompetent and is ignoring my ticket, or if they are working at 3 miles per hour, either way, is there anyone who knows
how to fix this?

Send @ZOS_GinaBruno a PM with your ticket number and ask her to look into it.

Are you trying to play on the NA or Euro Server? Did you get the game through Steam? If Steam, you would have to speak to them about changing your country of origin.

I bought it at release Not sure how long ago that was, but a hard copy, and im trying to play on NA servers since I live in NA.
Should I message that person in game of on the forums?

If you have a hard copy, then you probably did not get it through Steam.

Here on the boards, she is one of the Community Managers, so can get your ticket in front of the proper people, but see below first.

Have you tried updating your account information here at the boards on the support page? Link is at the top of the forums, and you should be able to use your game account name and password to get in. It has been so long since I set up things that I forget if it is different or not.

Anyway, that might be why the game still thinks your in Sweden and won't let you use an different credit card.
