Console Issue with negative effects on players. Can healers get some way to identify disease atleast

My role in a group is healing and I PvP a lot and play on PS4. Although they have made improvements to the group interface I still think its missing one big piece. I have no idea when a person in my group has disease or any other negative effect. I basically have to watch my heals and see if I heal for 3-6k and know they have disease on them. Even if they changed the bar color to brown or something it would be helpful.
I would like to have a buff bar and status bar active someplace on the UI when I'm running around that includes timers this would be ideal. This change would help all players because they could self identify they have disease or negative effects.
