It took a while but now I understand the bug on my charging manuevers ability. When I cast it near anyone in my group it does not work for me, but does for them. When they are all clear of me it then works for me, and (could be wrong) not for them.
This is very weird. I have a 60-60-60 mount and I'm getting dusted by the slowest people in my group only to catch up to them at super speed once they are in the distance, only to have the cycle repeat itself.
Anyone else seeing the same thing?
