While they're at it, they could also make it so if your shields are damaged, it forces your health bar to appear.
Currently, your Health bar disappears unless you take damage, get buffed, and a few other things.
If your damage shield (Magicka Sorcs especially) is up, damage you take will not touch your Health, so your Health bar tends to fade away and not come back until your actual health takes damage. This is the sole reason why I slot Structured Entropy over Degeneration now. The Health Bar fading away causes issues with knowing how much shield you have left after taking damage.
Also, the Imperial City causes shields to desync, either showing up as very miniscule or not show up at all on your UI when activated.
But yeah, bugs aside, this is a good idea!

I'd rather there just be an option to keep the bars visible always.
