Bugged Charging Maneuver

Another pearl in the game that used to work, barely, but consistently before a couple patches, although I noticed just recently, in a relatively recent character that needs it badly to run around.

The issue is that, at least while mounted, it consumes my stamina but like 80% of the times it doesn't apply and I keep riding slowly in my horse until stamina regenerates enough to cast it again to, with some luck, have it working, but sometimes it fails again.

Of the other 20% of the time, when it does work, half the time the effect wears off after just a few seconds, instead of lasting the full tooltip time. But the whole amount of stamina was consumed and I have to wait to regenerate to, again, with luck speed up, but most of the times the fail cycle repeats itself.

Now I'll be forced to pay for a respec because you fked up again something that was working. Not that I don't have the cash but still...
