Off topic forum section request

I think it would be a good idea to have an off topic thread since this is a community and sometimes a community may want to discuss things not related to it. Often these discussions can bring some entertainment instead of reading another nerf thread. Unfortunately these threads often get closed making the forums stale again. With an off topic forum thread we can engage and bond with members of the community in more ways than just discussing this game. Perhaps it can be put in that nagging empty space in the community section. Many communities have an off topic or similarly named thread and I find it works well and can lead to some fun discussions. what do you think about the idea? also let me tag a few people @ZOS_DaryaK @ZOS_GinaBruno @ZOS_AlanG

Moderators probably wouldn't want to moderate off topic threads. That's why they lock down threads not pertaining to ESO.
