I'm looking for humanoid NPCs to feed on so that I can go to stage 1 (or maybe 2...) for PvE, and I usually end up sitting here thinking "Where did I see those humanoid NPCs again? hmm" so do any of you have a good location that is quite quick to get to? before I feed on citizens and get a bounty...
