Hi I don't know if this is a known issue or not but I have been running the same route around alikir for legerdemain since legerdemain came out on the same character with no changes. a wood elf nightblade in full medium armor, literally no changes even the same gear and I am now being detected where I would have never been before. The only difference is that I have picked up the final passive in the thieves guild line that is supposed to reduce witness range by 10%. I could take screenshots to prove it but I can't be bothered.
