A Plea for an Update on Broken Mementos

@ZOS_GinaBruno, @ZOS_JessicaFolsom , I am begging for an update on what's going on with Mementos. Let me explain.
Over two years ago, I had my main character envisioned: a glorious Imperial priest. I remade him through all the betas. He was one of the first characters to ever walk Tamriel on the very first day of early release. Since then, I have played him faithfully and fully. He has mastered almost all the professions of the world, and seen almost all there is to see. But since Mementos have been broken, it has been so lackluster to play him. It became so regular to always have several Mementos ready that the world feels dull without them. I have only one of my four main characters that is unaffected, because each is dear to my heart.
I hope that progress is underway to fix whatever seems to be the problem. However, if this is going to be a permanent game-breaking bug, I'm hoping you will allow us to transfer our profession stats to a new character. I've poured so much into this character, and to have him remain broken for so long is truly depressing.
