PVP high burst DPS

I took a little breather for a week or so from ESO. Just leveled my nightblade up. I'm at 253 CP at the moment. I am a wood elf I know, horrible race for a magicka nightblade. Nothing for my magicka in the passives. What is the optimale gear I should be running to increase my DPS? Where could I stack my CP? What abilities should I being using?
In the black water no cp camps I was doing well. Running 4 piece Julianos and 5 seducer. With a fire staff ass my main. Using all three of the siphoning abilities to put DOTs on then coming in for the kill swapping to my dual wield bar. And then going for the excute. Worked will in black water but I don't think i will fair so well in CP campaign running the set up.
I was lacking being able to heal myself. Relying on harness magicka to save me why I go in stealth to wait it out. Any pointers would be greatly appreciated.

Pop structured entropy, use damage glyphs on weapons, increase your max magicka , use Molag Kena set.
