Does charged (weapon trait) works with poisons?

Hello comrades,

First of all, the alchemy update was awesome (I was working on some papers for the last couple months so I missed the TG and DB updates). I like how the poisons give us much more offensive options, specially in pvp.

I know that there is only a 20% chance to apply the poison attached to your weapon, I have a few questions concerning this subject
- is there a way to increase the the chance to apply it?
- Does Charged (Increases chance to apply status effects) works with poisons?
- Does DW increases the chance to apply the poison?
- Does the Quality of the weapon increases the chance of applying the poison the same way they do with enchantments?

Tyvm for you attention comrades.

“Kings of the land and the sky we are; proud gryphons.” Stalker stands, the epitome of pride. Naked and muscular, his wings widen and his feet dig in as if he alone holds down the earth and supports the heavens, keeping the two ever separate.”

I found out recently by status effects they mean an enchants status effect it has a chance to do. Like for example you hit with an Ice Enchant theirs a slight chance to freeze them in place.

I was wondering if the trait applies do poison too. Since, the poison "replaces" the enchantment.
